I work between the bench, the field, and the command line. I'm working on a microbiology PhD at NC State on how tidal flooding carries bacteria and antimicrobial resistance genes into coastal communities, and I'm currently building reproducible comparative transcriptomics workflows for the USDA's Agricultural Research Service.
